5dimes Cancelled Parlays & Unable to withdraw

So it's not a huge deal since these were just fun/throwaway plays but 5dimes is becoming more and more of a joke, woke up to these 2 emails this morning:

"Parlay wager 379830610-1 posted on Monday, May 30 2016 3:48PM was deleted on Sunday, Jun 12 2016 10:41AM.

Hockey - 10221 SAN/PIT series ends in 6 games +179 for Game
Hockey - 54 Pittsburgh Penguins -125 for Game
Hockey - 59 San Jose Sharks +155 for Game
Hockey - 59 San Jose Sharks/Pittsburgh Penguins over 5 -135 for Game
Hockey - 61 Pittsburgh Penguins -105 for Game
Risking $1.00 to win $42.52

Reason: parlay restriction setup error allowed correlated parlays on series exact result to invididual games of series, all concluded winning selections manually credited, other two selections are void
Contact customer support if you need further clarification regarding this deleted ticket."

Between this and literally not being able to cash out 2 weeks ago due to their stupid ass system and I think it's time for me to part way with 5dimes. I'm currently also on Sportsbook & Nitro but they don't have all the lines 5d does so was hoping for a suggestion if anyone has one

They apparently had their computer set up incorrectly, but that parlay should not have been accepted. I'm not aware of a book that would allow you to parlay a futures wager with straight bets like that. I've had issues in the past with 5dimes, but your example wouldn't be one of them. No foul on that one as far as I'm concerned.

5dimes is not what it used to be. They limit you fast these days. If you are a long term winning player you are down to pinnacle and betcris. And if you are int he states, I guess just bookmaker.

Hold on a second with that referral for bookmaker. It's not accidental their initials are BM. I requested a pay-out ten days which was mysteriously canceled. I've subsequently sent over half-a-dozen emails and have heard nothing. Most other businesses that treated their customers with such active disdain would last very long. But here we are in the USA with no one to get out backs so we are screwed. Thanks Sheldon Adelson, you walking heap of sh*t.

Bovda is just goofy. I use them for some of their live betting options and every once in a while they'll hang a stupid line. But they are the Reno to the Las Vegas of off-shore bet making.
