5Dime Check Problem Help Plz

So recently I received a check from 5dime. So I go to my bank of america and deposit it into the bank using a teller, thinking no problem. Then one week later, I receive a letter from my bank saying "your indemnity is missing from the photocopy". Can anyone explain what this is?

Is it possible they meant identity? In any event call the bank and have them explain what they need. No matter what you are going to need to contact them.

signature or endorsement. Did they put a hold on the check or were you given immediate credit? It could possibly be a scam. If you got your money or credit, don't respond. Any response should be directly with the bank where you deposited

I just received a Canadian check from 5 dimes about 3 1/2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting for the bank in Canada to clear and send $$ to my bank ..did your check clear and how long did it take??

From what I've read from other posters, it takes around a month to clear.

My check just cleared after a 35 days wait...the Canadian bank charged me $36 to process and my U.S credit union charge me $10 fee ..I read in the Industry section forum that 5 dimes is using BitCoins for their customers now...no fees transferring ' In and Out' ..?
