I have tried and tried with SBR. They listened to a few rumors earlier, then changed their minds as those rumors turned out to be unsubstantiated. They started to upgrade us earlier this year, but that was the last I have seen from them. I guess we shall see what happens. Makes no sense to me, but oh well.

We try very hard to work with our clients. However, are you suggesting that a new client who has never played with us and has no references, should be given a credit for a check that may or may not clear in 5 business days? Now, if a new client says I play here and here and they allow me to contact that office...we might be able to work something out. Remember, we have policies in place to protect us and our clients. However, we are ALWAYS willing to work with them. If you are serious about playing with us, we will do our best to accomodate you and get you started.
