If the senate does not pass the bill this year, which I read they won't even look at it . I will say YES

At the time of rebumping it is 87 to 12%.

Just want to see if there is a change of mood since MARCH.

Dante brings up a good point. Even if the bill passes it may take over a year to go into effect.

So when you make your vote. Change it to, "WILL YOU BE ABLE TO BET ON YOUR COMPUTER 3 YEARS FROM NOW".

Yes, but the # of viable books could be reduced, and as Insiders posted, funding accounts looks like it will become more complicated.

I might be missing something here, but if you can link an offshore bank account to your neteller there should be no problem funding at all...after all this neteller still has to do business

If that bill ever does become law someone will file a suit and get it thrown out.

this thread voting is totally opposite of all the paranoia threads up right now!! I'm not worried one bit on if i will be able to place wagers or play poker in the next 2 years.
I can't believe all this scared paranoia over this BOS thing....i understand if you had money there and are worried some about it but come on guys! (why you would have any or a lot at BOS, is beyond me as well!!)

it will be regulated in its current form

or they will create a futures market to trade it with us regulation

outside of the usa it will be business as usual

this type of gambling wont go away just the way you bet and who you bet with will.

bos was a scam, a bunch of crooks, liars and thieves its absolutely no co-incidence they were picked first - you cant steal from us clients and get away with it.

multiple ip excuses, linked accounts whatever bs they come up with not to pay that was the ultimate problem that brought this too light.

Yes or No

Good question. The way things are going, it's up in the air. I don't even think that the lawmakers know what's going on.

Thanks.

First they came for the Communists,and I didn't speak up,because I wasn't a Communist.
Then they came for the Jews,and I didn't speak up,because I wasn't a Jew.
Then they came for the Catholics,and I didn't speak up,because I was a Protestant.
Then they came for me,and by that time there was no one left to speak up for me.

I do not think this is just about gambling. This is about the government regulating morality and slowly taking away a freedom from one group at a time because another group might not care. The founding fathers must be rolling in their graves that we managed to blow this so bad. We had the perfect document to run a country and this is where we are today.

Are these new books like Mansion, Matchbook, etc safer, because they're just matching up bettors, not actually making the bet??
