Hello friends. I am going to be running the 5 Run Chase for Cisco this year. He is going to be around helping me out with it and the Home Favorite System.

I am going to be posting plays on Google Doc with periodic updates on this thread. Since I cannot protect individual sheets in the new Google Docs, I will have the lock the entire spreadsheet to avoid people messing around. Once I can protect individual sheets, I will open up the Cave sheet so people can post their questions and comments in there. Until then, please use this thread.

Here is the link for the 2014 doc:

Detailed previous years can be found in the column C of the Rules sheet.
Also, check out Cisco's Streak System on Caveman sheet, cell C13.

Good luck everyone.

does this start after a certain amount of games are on the books?

In April we play the bottom 10 teams listed as favorites to win the world series on pinnacle, as long as they are under .470. Better safe then sorry.

Rules, line 15.

BTW, i had to change the spreadsheet.

new location is here:

Define "solid chase"? There is no such thing! Is this like playing one cent on a penny slot and then two cents and so on?

Couldn't involve serious money or you would have your nuts mashed up like peanut butter in short order!

Oh..... Best of luck!

are we waiting for a certain time to start the chases? Or would Marlins qualify since they won 10-1 on their first game.. skip 2 and lost game 1 so we would be on game 2 today?

The 5 run chase is only for teams that have a win percentage under .470. Since Mia would be 1-0 when they won their win percentage would be 1.000. The fact that they scored 8 runs is completely irrelevant because they did not win by 5 or more runs.

Clearly you don't know how to read the rules.
