5 Game Win Streak Thread

I've seen this concept before so I'm not claiming to have thought of it myself but it does seem fun to try. This is in addition to my other thread. I'm going to start with $200 and let it ride for up to 5 straight days with the hopes of turning $200 into $6400. I will play only even money or plus money plays with this. If I win 5 in a row, I'll start over with $200. Suggestions on picks would be welcome. I'll be using either my system plays, or tailing someone else's play, or even someones suggestions in this thread. There will be only one play per day with this, let's see if I can do it. If I lose $1000, I will end this so I essentially am giving myself five attempts at this.

Congrats on your win. Been looking at some games tomorrow and a couple stand out at me.

Chicago White Sox:Buehrle (9-2, 3.14 ERA) +103 ML
vs
Minnesota Twins:Baker (6-7, 5.31 ERA)

Twins are pretty decent at home but I think Buehrle can handle them.

Also Yovani Gallardo can't shut anyone out in the first inning so he will probably give up a bomb to someone. Line isn't up yet but most likely going to be even or plus money.

I too liked ChiSox, but the line smells fishy to me. How is Buehrle a dog tomorrow....especially giving the stats you just pointed out.

I'm going with the Boston RL. As i stated in my thread...

Boston -1 1/2 (-145) 4 units

Beckett has been a beast at home as well: 5-0 with a 2.85 ERA in eight starts at Fenway.
3-0 with a 2.41 ERA in five career starts against the Royals.
Chen: 5.01 ERA in six career starts versus the Red Sox.

This is one that made me think because Boston's bats had been stagnant for a few days but I think they are back in business after tonite's performance. Plus with Beckett on the mound you can only assume he will shut down the Royals while the Boston bats strike early again.

Also just saw that the sox were 1-11 at the Metrodome in their last 12 games. Changed my mind as well.
