5Dimes has early lines. I don't mind their software either. It's different but works for me. They pay quick, good props.
Only negative is that they screw up on their bonus system sometimes and when you take them to task on it, they get defensive and downright rude because most of the cs reps don;t understand it themselves.

5 Dimes is my #2 book so I have a lot of good things to say about them. But since you asked specifically for the negative, I would go along with the comment about the site bogging down at crunch time. They've been working on it and it seems to be improving - so we'll see.
The other thing I hear complaints about is transfer fees for payouts. You can only get payouts without transfer fees between 9 am and 1 pm on Mondays. Otherwise you have to pay (it varies depending on the method). It's no big deal to me - like it's $15 for Neteller - but I have heard many lower dollar players complain about it.
