Please share your own feedback.. I am sure we will get some propaganda from the casino themselves after this thread

The internet site HAS ISSUES of no access every day right at increased access time. Also just today they had technical errors that screwed many accounts balances. Also sometimes it almost seems they are tracking certain players and locking them OUT at convenient times. It is almost like they are afraid of the internet gambler. As if being slow, and their people being slow is ACCEPTABLE because it controls how much they actually book.

The ongoing excuse about the internet has been " they are working on it. "

18 months of working on it???? I am not buying this.

I think it is FRONT for either a small spoke in a big wheel scenario at this firm, or inadequate LEADERSHIP.

I know how you feel hache. I got cut off there for winning too much, but after hearing all of the great things here, i also shut my mouth.

Explain Getting cut off for winning too much??

I mean they have good parlay opetions, and this what most play there. If they cut you off for winning. That is sign of CLOSURE

I have talked to a colleuge and he informs me that the Gm/Owner is over his head. A hard worker, but not real polished. Confrontational was the word also used to describe the gentleman

I am a large player, but feel no need to brag about amounts that I bet. IMO, a $100.00 a game bettor can easily be as sophisticated or more than a limit player. They took 5k per game from me, and I got a little hot for a while and they cut me off. I really have no issues with them as they paid me in full. I was just surprised to get cut off as I wasn't betting steam.

Lines are sharp their imo, nothing wrong with low limits and cutting off winners, nor is their promblems with being confrontational. Maybe the guy doesnt want to be bigger, that might require borrowing and being a kiss ass, and Tony would rather be his own man.

I really don't know if I should get much into it too much Patek. I just know he doesn't really concern himself with customer ordeals. Not only have I heard this directly from an employee there, I have also overheard a conversation a buddy had with him over the phone approx. 2-3 years ago. Let's just say he wasn't very "friendly".....If any mods feel this guys name shouldn't be discussed here feel free to edit/delete.

It sounds then that Costa Rica gaming must be in a Mafia run environment for one to limit his opportunity, and or trak players to and worry about them because the firm does not possess the financial backing. So you have added some insight to this nervous culture they exist in.

And let me say, Please read the title of my thread. I am a 5 year player at 5 dimes, and as my thread topic states, I begining to see a decline in service.

ALSO THE REAL INFORMATION IN MY THREAD IS THERE CONSTANT EXCUSE ABOUT THEIR WEB ACCESS BREAK DOWNS "DAILY"

This is a FRONT in my mind. Please understand I have taken much $$$$ from 5 dimes on odds payout in parlays. I am pleased, but I am seeing their attitude is getting worn down, and their desire to want customers seems to have declined. They almost seem like they are walking on glass. And maybe railbird has painted a picture of a nervous and weak infrastructure at the firm. I mean their people are misleaing their customers daily with propaganda about their web access.

Customer service is much worse at Pinnacle and Olympic too, so what. And so what if 5dimes doesnt have an inhouse computer dork. Tony has always been a gambler first, like all good bookmakers are.

I am GAMBLER, but I am profesional and mature. I question he possess this.

Word has it he is not Real educated. Anways, we shall see how the this FIRM advances in the coming year.

Again, I am all about their options, and they have benefited me.

Railbird, why don't YOU address the INTERNET problems they have DAILY for a FULL YEAR. Let us take this man out of it, and FOCUS on the REAL issue, and the fact the TRUTH is not being provided to his employees and their customers.

Are they not making enough money to salary in a computer guru for a mere 60k a year. Please, your firms strength is weighed by what you put into it.

Also you mentioned earlier that this firm protects itelf with limits, and that is fine, but guess what?? the more the INTERNET is not functioning daily.....the MORE customers will want to take SHOTS at them. So it is a bad cycle that could be eliminated by TAKING care of your business
