agree with dewey - who beat me to the punch here.

this marks 3 in 4 for atlanta - and they are still the hawks.

this is th home opener for the clips who last played 11/7 in denver.

gotta think the hawks come in here tired and the clips won't be. also - atlanta is 1-4 SU on the road - so how the hell can they be "pick" here?

gimme the clips - and i think they win rather easily

Good rationale -- however, I happen to be on the other side of this one. Being from Seattle, I had the opportunity to see both of the Seattle/LA Clip games played in Japan -- Clips facing serious problems without Brand and, imho, the Hawks are much more talented than their record shows.

Nonetheless, best of luck -- at least one of us will beat the man.

Gl tonight Winky, I am on this one with you. As I know the clipps are a little injury plagued I think they get it done on the home court tonight. I witnessed a few days back one of the POOREST quarters played by any NBA team EVER. The ATL Hawks played PISS poorly in the 4th quarter of a game I watched Vs Golden State. ATL played the whole game shitty, but to top it off they scored a combined 9 pts (I think) in that 4th quarter, and I think 3 of them came on a last second 3 point make. I think the Clipps get is done reguardless. If ATL is still shooting like they did when they played Golden State, I would have to say Clipps up by double digits at the end of the first half.

i normally suck at the nba - but have decided to take a different approach this season and it is working.

i am playing more "situational" plays then "by the numbers" and it is paying off. if we strictly went "by the numbers" atlanta was probably the play here - but the situation was a good one for LA and bad for atlanta - and it showed in the end result.
