i don't get it, Philly has been out west, this is their 5th game in 7 days in the PST.

Portland, counting today, in the last 13 days have played in the MST,EST,EST,CST,CST,EST,CST,and now back to the PST.

are you saying because Portland has traveled alot and Philly has already been out west that Philly is adjusted.

From my understanding ... there are only 5-7 plays in a year. The system is rare and doesn't produce many plays.
