I gotta be honest, Bruce Jenner was one of my earliest "Heroes" in life and today I am just saddened by what has become of this person.
I figure that this is what happens to a person after they spend time with a flock of self-obsessed attention whores, such as the Kardashians.
And/Or some thing messed up Bruce Jenner's Brain, in addition to being amidst The Kardashians.
"Scumbag", the degree to which that would be BAD would be dependent of course upon who is naming one to be a "Scumbag".
I am not feeling as though my opinion on this and the overall "be whatever Gender you feel that you identify with" makes me a "Scumbag".
To me this phenomenon is borne of Mental Illness and/or some Genetic Defect and needs to be scientifically investigated as such
rather than rewarded.
