Belichick is 20-17 in the preseason which includes an 0-4 last year with Brady not taking a single snap.

Andy Reid is 15-25 in the preseason and only 3-8 in the first preseason game of the year.

.500 preseasons the 3 years before the Brady-less one last year. Belichick has one of the better preseason records amongst active coaches. Reid has one of the worst.

I just don't think it's a good idea to make a bet on the Eagles because the Pats went 0-4 last year in the preseason considering how bad Philly has been and how last year was an outlier.

Appreciate you pointing this out - any idea on recent years? I admit I didn't do any research, but just remembering the last few years the Pats not showing much in the preseason... I may be suffering from selective memory though heh.
