If I'm going to lay 4 then I look at it like a 6. If the play is strong enough to cover 6 then I feel good about 4. if I'm looking at 'grabing' 4, then I make sure I feel my side will either win the game or lose to a FG. . .never be afraid of 4, if your capping skills are good enough it can be your friend.
thats kinda of my thinking I like taking the 4 laying the 4 like you said is like laying 6 ihave been told that 4 was a dead # and I never believed it I was just looking for input
So many games are altered now~a~days due to the 2~point conversion and many coaches' bad decision making in when to use it,you can look at it 2 ways, either less meaningless, or more critcal, don't ya think Rob?........
Exactly hache. . That's why if you're going to give 4, you have to have no doubt in your mind that there is at least one decisive advantage your team has, such as defense or level of energy or even something like WR/CB matchups. Laying 7.5 or more, I need more than 1 area of decisiveness.
