I was in my early 20's just started a new job, somehow I got roped into a mile long run event for charity. I got completely trashed the night before. Hungover and dehydrated, I still ran as it was a new job and my first out of college. No idea what I ran but I was about dead.

I don't push myself super hard but I'm sweaty from doing a 10 minute mile and I'm in pretty good shape. A 5 minute mile while chugging 4 beers is amazing.

Yep, and the reason I'm calling bullshit. Who says there was even beer in those cans? not to mention the pop doesn't sound right, and even if there was beer, they weren't full. I'm not convinced in the least bit.

To add, he's never even broken the sub 4 minute mile in his life. If he can do 4:20 with 4 beers, he should have broken sub 4 in his lifetime.
