Under Dallas pk imo bet loses the value....i also miss open line +2,5 points

The line is not moving anymore, so other bet i took was

Utah Jazz (+9.5) vs Portland Trail Blazers

On this game i has Blazers to won the game, but only by 1 or 2 baskets. I was expecting handicap to reach double digits, but it seems it will not go higher than this 9,5 points.
