$30 Each for 2 Signatures?? LOL?

I realized today just HOW OLD and OUT of TOUCH that I must be. Tony (the Blast Man ) Mercurio on ESPN radio station was talking today about two/ 1st Round Washington Redskins draftees being at LynnHaven Mall to sign autographs from (I forget the time) for only $30 each. I did not belive my ears, until hearing him say it again a couple hours later.

Is it possible that there are autographs from 2 players that still haven't played one day in the NFL worth $30.00 ????????????? I can not possibly imagine this!

Personally--I hope these two players turn out to be TERRIBLE!!

If people will pay $100 to sit behind a stone column at a football game, they'll pay $30 for some rookie's autograph.

I've always kinda wondered....if a sports dude's signature is worth $30 and he has a $30 bill to pay by check, is he getting double charged?

I did get JAMAAL CHARLES autograph about 10 times in the past year.


He is predicted to be the next Cedric Benson for TEXAS. I also bought Jamaal Charles jerseys directly from him. I bought his Army All Star jersey as well as his home team jersey!


DIdnt have to pay too much for some nice memorabilia.


For those that dont know Jamaal, well he ran for over 400 yards in more than 1 game in his career.

He also holds the nations record this year for the 300 meter hurdles as well as a top time in 110 meter hurdles. HE won the state championship this year by almost 2 seconds in the 300 meter hurdles. Pretty good accomplishment considering it is Texas.

It's not a racket these guys were already drafted. Drafted in the first round no less.
