3 Point Shot, has it ruined Basketball?

I`m sure Bobby Knight and John Wooden despise the shot...Wouldn`t the game be better without it?

Its either a drive to the hole or a penetrate and dish out to someone spotting up..The game is way to predictable now!

Get rid of the shot and the game would be more exciting, and we wouldn`t be sweating those long rainbow 3`s at the buzzer!

Forget moving it back, erase the line altogether! I want to see players shooting more bank shots from the angles..Like Duncan and myself (also a bank shot master, for a white guy)

Its no wonder players shoot 35% an are considered talented!? Teams putting up 6 points for entire qtrs...

Just do away with it, make players work and get back to fundamentals!

The bankshot is the easiest way to score, but very few ever even attempt a bankshot...you have more room for error banking the ball in...it drives me nuts when players don`t use the glass to their advantage...

behind half court should be worth 4 pts. and if you make it 3/4 court inside of the free throw circle to the other end it ties the game no matter how many points your behind.

how ridiculous would it be watching teams try and attempt this.

Women still play fundamental ball and the 3 is a big part of their game.

I think the problem is the selfishness of today's athletes, not the 3 point line.

I can tell you have,errrrr, had,(

) athletic talent though by the way you talk. One thing that many dont understand is that if you've played a specific sport, and have been good at, it actually helps when it comes to handicapping when you combine that with a longtime following and knowledge of a game......
