Pinnacle is a favorite of mine no doubt. Along these lines I once had a small issue with Olympic and when I clicked on the help button on their site had 3 people contact me in minutes. LOL. One of them was Spiro. Couldn't believe the level of service they provided.
Some don't care about customer service and I while I understand it I like a book that acts like they are glad you play there. At least pretend like it once in a while.....

Yeah the math took me about 10 seconds. I realize it would have taken you all day.
