Over 70 Minnesota-Duke 2nd H
Minnesota has played their B- game at best yet they still shot a tad under 48%. They have played great defense against Duke so far. They put up 59 points in the 1st H & even with Minnesota's tough defense, I see Duke putting up a few more points in the 2nd H & pushing this one above the # as Minnesota will keep up the scoring.

As I've said, Minnesota played their B-game at best yet they still have a 7 point lead. Duke is fragile mentally. If Minnesota can handle the probable 1st 5 minute punch from Duke, they should cover this # easily & quite frankly pull away & win the game by double digits. Duke is really tight as all the pressure in the world is on them. I always try to back the team that of course is trying to win but is loose when playing a team that is supposed to win. Duke got shut down by Minny's D but their tightness was also a big factor. If they lose this whole season will be a total failure. Duke has faltered in this same spot for a couple of years in a row & don't think that isn't in the back of their mind.
If Minnesota plays even a sniff better, they will run Duke off the floor. La Tech should have beat Duke over the weekend but their inability to make chip shots is what cost them as Duke looked horrible over the weekend. I said in advance if they played like that against Minnesota, they would get run out of the gym. I smell the route coming. I also question why is a 8 point favorite down 7 at HT, only laying -8 pretty much just asking them to win? Hmm smells funny to me.
