actually, this was supposed to mean that you had to have wagered 100$ total, DURING the first three weeks of the month, not each week. So as long as you have wagered 100$ by April 22nd you are fine.
truth be told, this will be changed to the "first two weeks" for the month of may, it was a change I was supposed to make but forgot.
the idea is simple, we dont want people to simply post up and wager if they are winning the contest, we are trying to reward "ACTIVE" players.
Im going to re-word this for the month of MAY and make a notice in the contest forum, but for the first month as long as you have made a total of at least 100$ in wagers between April 1 and April 22 you are good to go.
