Everyone,
Below is a detailed outline of the ACTUAL events that took place regarding this issue. I think it is pretty cut and dry. There was an issue with the West Union and we took a bet before we could confirm the Western Union was sent as A CONVENIENCE to this NEW player.
Here is the email that Freddy sent to her:

Ms. M,
I will answer this very simply. I have no need to argue with you and go over the numerous emails you have sent us. It is unfortunate you would see different but these are the facts.
ALL PM TIMES ON AUG 18th 2003
You signed up at 3:42.
Your first email requesting information is sent and received at 3:53
At 4:28 you are responded to and given the information needed to make a deposit.
On conversation with me recorded as every conversation with our customers is.
At 7:47 I receive a call from you to revise the status on a transaction. This transaction was incorrect and had to be reviewed as per our conversation going on at that same moment.
The transaction error was spotted at 7:55 and the process for verification was started on the correct number while you are on the phone.
The error you mention was corrected at 7:58 and you are asked to free the funds with Western Union.
Funds were placed in your account at 7:55:37 pm although I was still not sure the funds were there. Did this as a convenience to you as a customer.
8:00:48 I place the wager in the system as per our agreement. I will honor the wager if the situation is resolved before the first QUARTER. Hopefully before.
Emailed confirmation
8:21 since I don’t get a call back from you as promised I email and confirm the wager.
Facts are facts and as angry as you may be now after losing the wager and sending me all these emails the matter remains the same. We took a bet, you made a bet, we both agreed to conditions and they were met.
Had you won the bet I would pay with a congratulatory smile and say thank you for choosing our service. Unfortunately you wish to see it different. I have screen shots of all the facts here present. You promised to call back before and I promised to wait that was our agreement unless the wager was confirmed before by resolution of the Western Union. All of this is taped and can and will be used in any dispute. You are told the facts and they are simple. If we resolve this matter the bet stands.
I did so and sent you a time stamped email that says 8:21 PM, that is about half way thru the quarter and I received no call from you. I sent you your message in order to confirm a bet for a HALF, regardless of anything you want to say, a quarter does not measure a total for a half, so your allegations are incorrect. Anything can happen in a second quarter and you could have won. Your first email to me is at 9:25. I guess we can see what happened. You lost a bet and want to take another chance here. Let’s do the correct thing and take the terms agreed to and be honest. The bet stands, the loss stands.
You don’t want the bonus and it is a pity, if you change your mind, please let me know.
Thank you,
Fredd

Fredd,
I just got off the phone after talking to your customer service and i am steaming. I was planning on relaxing and watching the game but instead spent 45 minutes on the phone with western union and now read this email that everything is "fine"? And to top it off you guys mess up and then your not even there to take my call!! This is a terrible way to start off. I was told by you also that the game would be a no bet if i didnt call back by the end of the first quarter. I was stuck on the phone the whole time, i call RIGHT after and cant thru for the 10 minutes after that(just rings then goes busy) .then i finally get thru and you are gone?? now i read this email and the bet still stands? I really feel like i have been taken advantage of. All i did was send the money to the person your people gave me and everything went to crap. I dont even want the bonus now and will await your response before i look into further action. I wonder if they had more then 3 points in the first quarter would it still be "pending" right now. I called right after i got off the phone, its not my fault i had to talk to 3 different people. This is totally your peoples fault and if this bet is not canceled the way it should have been i will follow all avenues available to me. Just remember this was all gamblers avenue screwup so i should not be penalized for your mistake. I will give you guys till the morning to rectify this. Thanks alot for ruining my night!!!!
