“We all didn’t expect this of course, but I feel like with God, anything’s possible, everything’s possible, and I feel like this didn’t happen for no reason,” Sanders said. “All this is of course is fuel to the fire. Under no circumstance — we all know this shouldn’t have happened, but we understand we’re on to bigger and better things. If tomorrow's the day, we’re going to be happy regardless.”

Let's see if anyone in the media are honest enough to give a realistic version of what they think of Green Bay as the site of the draft. Most have to commute to Milwaukee which no one wants to do, no nightlife, cold and rainy (48degrees) and coming off the Las Vegas venue a few years ago. Goodell will speak with the same level of conviction about the host city as he does about caring for patient safety and the fans. That Lowe's holding room for the players waiting to be picked reflects the highest level of luxury that can be found in Green Bay.

They will crowd hundreds of thousands of fans in for the draft regardless of where it is held. Just speaking to the logic of the event in Green Bay just like the logic of having the Super Bowl in Detroit (a sellout) years ago.

Mel Kiper was angry instead of celebrating 32 kids seeing their dreams fulfilled… he tried to turn the whole production into a show about Shedeur Sanders not getting selected here’s 9 minutes of Mel’s agenda taking over the night (and this wasn’t even everything)
