I've played the NFL pick 5 the past 4 or 5 years. What is the cost per entry and max entries this year? Who do I pay and how this year?

I am in for two entries into the pick 5. I want to use Zelle. I see the phone number to use Zelle, but what name do I use? Chauncey Medeiros? And I don't see the contest in Run Your Pool. Will it appear once I pay?

Only 2 entry max? Last year was 3. Whatever you want is fine, but why only 2 as that will lower entries?
