Canes cost me on the ML parlay so i think i'm now 2-6.

This was the 2nd time in 3 weeks where i added a pick with less than 90 minutes until kickoff and lost. I need to take emotion out of this as FAU will probably be a no play for me the rest of the way. I truly felt like a loser spending my Friday nite watching the FAU game and watching the Miami Hurricanes on Saturday.

I had a really crappy college gambling weekend. Luckily i made some of it back yesterday but still in the hole.

FAU -4

This game starts in 90 minutes.

I LOVED FAU giving 5.5 and now they are only giving 4?

The Lane Train only has 1 loss ATS this season and that was against UCF.

FAU is on a 4 game winning streak and has looked good after losing (but covering) to an awesome Ohio State team and getting taken to the woodshed by an awesome UCF team.

Marshall has lost both of its road games this season and was bombed by a good Cincy team.

2 years ago this game was on tv and FAU was covering until Lane Train took an intentional safety.

1 more KEY thing.

I just looked at the weather report:

Its going to feel like 90 degrees with 80% humidity at the stadium. I was at FAU's stadium last month and the humidity there was AWFUL. My kids (who play sports in all kinds of weather) were at the game with me and they kept complaining how bad the weather was.

So how the hell are the boys who have been practicing in 60 degree weather all week going to handle this game? I dont care if they are possibly bigger or more physical. Them big boys will be dropping from the humidity

I live 20-30 min away from FAU. I remember at halftime i went outside to take my garbage can to the curb and spoke to my neighbor for about 5 min. It was humid outside and i thought to myself how Marshall could take this weather as I just wanted to get the hell inside and back in my A/C!!!

I think Lane Kiffin is VERY complacent right now.

He made a crapload of $$ in the past and now just enjoying living in Boca and coaching a school where the alumns and students are just happy going to bowl games

1) USC/Colorado over 64.5. DANG, this line jumped!! Still love the game as both teams play an up and down shootout

2) ND/Mich under 52. This is going to be a good game but unlike the game above, we're not going to see a lot of points here.

I also have leans towards Purdue, ND, Auburn, and Duke but not making them official yet.

Gonna take 2 games right now

1) Louisville +7. I remember the days of growing up in south florida and everyone getting excited about the canes game on saturday and the dolphins game on sunday. Well thats no more. Last week we had miami/fsu and fins/jets and NOBODY was talking about it at all. Miami may be the most bipolar team in football this season. They are 0-2 straight up in home division games on saturday and they were double digits favs in both of those games (va tech and ga tech). Weather forecast calls for 50% chance rain which is standard here but the weather will actually be pleasant tomorrow, especially for a 330 start. Canes are off a win vs their rival (who is also crappy) and due for a let down this weekend as they are crazy bipolar. Louisville has impressed me some this year. They are off a bye and have plenty of Florida players on their roster who are going to want to show off in front of their friends and family. Take the cards and the points.

2) LSU +6 Curious to see how many players dressing in this game will 1 day play in the NFL? Reminds me of the old Canes vs FSU games in the early 90's. LSU has been running on all cylinders here and have wins AT texas, vs Florida, and Vs Auburn. Thats 3 big games they have played in this year so they are big game prepared. Now lets look at Bama's big games this year. (taps microphone 2x asking if this thing is on). well, they did play a game at college station this year. In fact Texam is the ONLY SEC team that Bama played who ACTUALLY has an in conference winning record. Bama hasnt been tested all year!! Is bama the better team? Possibly. But its been since January, 10 months ago since Bama has suited up for a big game. Will they be prepared? Is Tua healthy? Granted they have 5 star talent at every postion but this is a special LSU team we got here. Take LSU and the points and then we'll all be scratching our heads in a month when Bama doesnt win their division or conference title but somehow make it into the CFP final 4??

3) Iowa State + 14.5. Oklahoma is off a loss and off of a bye. Iowa State coming off a bad loss to the Pokes. Matt Campbell is in year 4. He hasnt lost a game by more than 14 pts since his first year. Thats 3 years in a row by NOT losing by more than 14. I think Okla wins the game but NOT by more than 2 touchdowns.

Week 12 picks

1) Aub +2.5. Believe it or not, Auburn is still alive for the CFP. Lets say they win out. Wins vs Oregon, Georgia, and Bama and a 3 pt loss to LSU just might be good enough to get them in. Since he's been at Auburn, Gus has been 8-0 off a bye vs an opponent who is NOT off a bye. Georgia's defense has been strong as of late but the offense has been struggling. Take War Eagle plus the points.

2) Buffalo - 5.5. I always say to stay away from Tuesday and Wednesday nite Mac but betting on Thursday is ok. Buffalo becomes bowl elgible on national TV tonight and their fans will break tables in excitment.

Notre Dame is having trouble stopping the run. The hard part is thats ALL Navy does is run the ball. Between that and Notre Dame's sellout streak is in jeopardy, it looks like a good play for Navy who is catching a little more than a TD.
