a couple of things.... First of all I haven't cheated on anything. each day on each pick it is time stamped
If there were Any concerns with the format and the timing of the Release of picks, it Should been brought up Earlier, Not when I'm on a mini run
I would have gladly changed any format that the group wanted.
I don't know what my record is on earlier games, but I do know that I have picked 1 game, 2 games and 3 & 4 games. I also saw a couple of times where I went
3-0 or 3-1, which means I had pending games when the picks were released. Also, I have been anywhere from the middle of the pack to towards the top for a while
it's not like I was on the bottom and out of the blue I jumped to the top.
Guess if I wasn't near the lead/tied for the lead and a head of him, we wouldn't be having this conversation.
The guy even called out another player when there was a question if a 2nd set of posted plays were allowed or not.

Guess there's a history between the two as he said they were in another contest together.
But I Never once thought there was a problem with the way it was being done.
Moving forward All Picks must be put in before the first game tip off.
as far as stepping aside from the contest, I will not. I paid and have played by the rules/agreement that was made on or slightly after the contest started
I have not done anything wrong. Plus the Contest is far from over.

Any online betting contest I've ever participated in, the host has been VERY careful to make sure everything was above board. You publish everyone's picks ahead of time, you don't play yourself, you do whatever you need to do to avoid even the perception that you could not be playing by the rules.
When the person running the contest has an absolutely amazing record (14-2) in games where they COULD be cheating and a totally average record (19-17) in games where they could NOT be cheating...at the very least, AT THE VERY LEAST -- that's not a good look. You know people are going to ask questions when that happens.
Re: the "timestamp" argument. Get real. All BAS would have to do is make whatever picks he wants, and then if they don't win, delete them from the spreadsheet before posting. It wouldn't be hard at all. Come on. Do you even know how Google Forms work?

If you Felt it wasn't right, why not back then ? You were going through Rules early on in this contest or rules that were missing
