A few years back there was a certain amount of interest in the CWS. For whatever reason, it has faded. I thought I would try and revive some interest in this great collegiate event again this year.

The past two years I have hovered right around .500, but had some success in the years prior. One can usually grab some pretty nice prices throughout the tournament in the +200 and +300 range.

Several sites, including Pinnacle have yet to post the lines so I looked at a few other places and came up with a composite line to show roughly what the winner will pay. When I see Pinnacle, I will post their lines.

Louisville +275
Oregon St. +300
LSU +325
TCU +725
Florida +575
Florida St. +650
Texas A&M +1300
CS Fullerton +1100

Feel free to add thoughts, opinions, weather information, lineups, plays, etcetera. Good luck to all.

Cheers!

First Play goes at 2 PM Eastern today.

Louisville -250 1 unit

It is a lot of lumber. Simply they are the better team and the favorites to win the CWS. Texas A&M is a Cinderella story that is coming to a close.
Louisville, better hitting, betting pitching, more experience and high expectations.

From what I saw this weekend, your winner will be one of the teams that won the opening game...Oregon State, LSU, Louisville, Florida. The teams with 1 loss do not have the pitching depth or firepower to win 2 against one of these teams. I think Oregon State was exposed a bit against Fullerton. I think it comes down to LSU and Louisville and from what I watched this weekend, I give the nod to Louisville to win it all.
