Bengals select defensive tackle Andrew Billings (Baylor) with their fourth-round pick (122nd overall). This is a great value add for them after Billings was once expected to be a first-round pick.

Titans drafted Derrick Henry 45th in the second round. The last time a Heisman Trophy running back was drafted outside the first round was 1951 when Dick Kazmaier was a 15th-round pick. He never played in the NFL, opting to go to business school. Two other Heisman RBs were undrafted in the common draft. Mike Rozier went in the supplemental draft (as a first-round pick). Pete Dawkins pursued a military career.

The Chiefs picked a wide receiver, Demarcus Robinson, with their final fourth-round pick. Robinson was suspended numerous times in college at Florida and said at the scouting combine in February that as a freshman he went through rehab for drug abuse.

The Packers finally go with an inside linebacker in the fourth round with Blake Martinez of Stanford at No. 131 overall. They also took inside linebacker Jake Ryan in the fourth round last year.

Then they drafted a QB. Awkward.

Bengals fourth-rounder Andrew Billings says he squatted 805 pounds in college once, and has also benched a rep at 605 pounds before. Wow. Wow. Wow.

The Cowboys have their quarterback, selecting Missisissippi State's Dak Prescott with the 135th pick in the draft. He is the first quarterback the Cowboys have drafted since taking Stephen McGee in the fourth round of the 2009 draft. The Cowboys did extensive work on Prescott leading up to the draft and had him at Valley Ranch for a pre-draft visit.

The Patriots and Dolphins have struck a rare AFC East draft-day trade. Patriots move into the fifth round (147) in exchange for two sixth-rounders (196, 204) and one seventh-rounder (250). This could be the spot that the Patriots eye Navy QB/RB/WR Keenan Reynolds.

Kinda pissed Tampa Bay traded up into the 2nd round to draft a kicker when they have one of, if not the worst defenses in the league.

2nd round is too high to DRAFT a kicker, much less TRADE UP for one.

Lastly, they already have a solid kicker!
