I think most of us are always looking for a bust-out team who can help make some money once the season starts. One team that has caught my attention are the Temple Owls. This will be the third year for coach Matt Rhule and he will have 20 starters, plus the kicker and punter returning. During Rhule's first year (2-10), he had one of the youngest teams in the nation with only 7 seniors. Temple improved to (6-6) Rhule's second season setting up an opportunity for a big year during 2015.
Eight starters return on offense including third year QB starter P.J. Walker and the entire offensive line. On defense, all 11 starters from 2014 will be back plus the kicker and punter. The schedule sets up well for a veteran team.
Penn St.....@Cinn.....@Umass.....@Charlotte.....Tulane.....UCF.....@E. Car.....Notre Dame.....@SMU.....@S. Fla.....Memphis.....UConn
Getting Penn State and Notre Dame at home is a plus. Not saying the Owls will beat either but certainly should help trying to cover the spread.
Welcome your comments.......please add any team you think fits into this "bust-out" category.......................
