Anyone seen books with numbers yet?
Any predictions?
I want to try to hit some soft lines right when they come out, as they tend to tighten up quickly...

I haven’t. Either in Vegas or off shore. Probably none till training camp.

On a similar note I already bought the Islanders at 25/1 to win the cup.

Going to take a closer look tonight when I have a minute, but at first glance I like:

Anaheim Under 50.5
Boston Under 45
Buffalo Over 25
Carolina O27.5
Colorado U40.5
Columbus O42
Dallas O42.5
Islanders O46
Rangers U47.5
Philly U37.5
Tampa Bay O48.5
Toronto U31.5
Winnipeg O40.5

Biggest bets for me probably on CBJ, TOR and BOS

Arizona Under 27.5
..and the Auston Matthews tank begins

Pittsburgh Under 48
they’ll score in bunches but give ‘em up just as fast.

Carolina Over 27.5
Best bet of the bunch. Only three teams last year finished with less than 27 wins. Buffalo, Arizona, and Edmonton. In 2013-14 only one, Buffalo. Excluding 2012-13 which was a strike year, no one had less than 29 wins in 2011-12.

Hurricanes do nothing but give 100% effort every game. They are quietly stacked with talent. Their depth chart at LW alone reads Eric Stall, Jeff Skinner, Nathan Gerbe, and Kris Versteeg. Analytic experts would be quick to point out that Carolina had bad puck luck in 2014-15. They took 53% of the shots playing 5 on 5 but scored just 43% of the goals.
