ATTENTION 2009 BASH GOERS!!!
Our Friends at SPORTSBETTING will be sponsoring this years Baseball Capping Challenge. The Challenge will be taking place in the offshore forum between August 8<SUP>rd</SUP> and August 12<SUP>th</SUP> inclusive.
The format is simply, each contestant will be given 1000$ monopoly money dollars and must make exactly ten $100 wagers on the ML (sides only) in MLB baseball during the period from August 8<SUP>rd</SUP> to August 12<SUP>th</SUP>. Players must achieve this by posting EXACTLY (no less no more) than 2 selections each day, on the 8<SUP>th</SUP>, 9th<SUP>th</SUP>, 10<SUP>th</SUP>, 11<SUP>th</SUP> and 12<SUP>th</SUP>.
There will be a picks thread for the 8<SUP>th</SUP> and 9<SUP>th </SUP>and 10th in the offshore forum, the first three days of the contest will be on the forum. I will post links to those picks threads in this thread once they are available. The picks threads will also include detailed rules open for everyone to see with standings posted each day for the first three days.
The 11<SUP>th</SUP> and 12<SUP>th</SUP> selections will be PRIVATE; those selections will be sent by email as instructed bellow. This way, nobody at the bash will know the winner, and the winner will be announced at the Bash. We had a similar contest last year which was a lot of fun.
ELIGIBILITY:
Any Rx poster who will be at the 2009 Bash to accept the prize envelope,. Posters also must have opened an account at SPORTSBETTING prior to August 3<SUP>rd</SUP> Bash, remember, registration for an account is FREE.
