You've got mail... I would like to sell my land, but also if u know of some great land deals in USA in which you cannot afford to purchase the whole thing and there is some good land deals left over I would love to go partners on them, or buy some myself.

i feel basically the same way, things have never felt like they did when Bill Clinton was Prez...NEVER since he left. Bush has been a total and complete disaster as president, in the bottom 10 of all time for sure.

I made a bundle (close to 27% per year) by putting my entire 401 on ENERGY stock with Bushie in DC ... now, I need to change it ... especially if the Pubs lose in 2008 ... what should I do?

Are commodities really the way to go ... especially if the economy tanks?

I dont share the doom and gloom outlook DAW or Lou Dobbs for that share however we are unfortunately headed into a recession

with that said for the savvy investor there will just as many opportunities

On another note Australia has only 22 million inhabitants and a lot of natural resources but they have tough immigration laws so unless you are deemed valuable to their economy you cannot simply enter. Doctors, Nurses, Lawyers, and Teachers is what they need. If you have a viable manufacturing business you wish to move their im sure they are all ears as well
