$250 profit eight months from now? A CD is safer. I bought the Tigers to win the AL Central at +680. The pitching isn't bad, their not as young anymore, and now two major weapons in the lineup. I figured it should be 4-1, 5-1 tops. Twins are clear fave, but I figure Tigers are 10-15 games better than last year. If Twins are five or six worse, it's a war.

its actually a $1,250 profit but...still not good considering that it could have easily been worth a $3,000 profit if sal would've spent 30 minutes online shopping at the other r/x books.
