I watch everybody measuring dicks and giving their expertise, but it will all be settled on the field. Looks at all these match ups and all the potential losses!

bama plays Auburn and Mac East champ--both potential losses
fsu plays Florida and Georgia Tech --both potential losses
oregon plays rivalry game and ucla--prolly only 1 potential loss there
miss. St plays miss.....line is begging u to take miss st, potential loss
TCU plays k state....potential loss
Bucks play Michigan and Wisky..... A potential loss there.

Tons of great games left and 2-3 of these teams will play themselves out of it. Tons of pressure mounting for these teams.
The wild card will be how the committee scores the conference champs. They aren't suposed to do it, but playing a prime time game for a conference championship is going to be HUGE especially when it is played 2 days before they vote for the final 4. Big 12 will find that final team so they go back to a championship game if they get snubbed this year.

Great post Nuts. Appreciate your efforts.

Don't you think the Longhorns are a potential loss for TCU as well?

I would not mind seeing FSU lose TWICE. They have served the purpose of making it crystal clear that pre-season ratings (though worthless) have such a huge influence on ratings all year.

Ducks could lose to UCLA.... no doubt about it... It doesn't help matters that we already blew them out..UCLA is a lot better then most here think...

The Bruins have dramatically improved in the last month since their OC decided to stop trying to make Hundley an NFL QB and let him do what he does best.

Agree Nuts.......IMO, I think UCLA can beat Oregon in the PAC Champ but we still have 2 weeks for that....IMO, I do think Ole Miss beats Miss St this weekend.......Ohio St whips up on Michigan & Ohio St wins the cobference to move into the playoffs ........

I do not think Alabama loses to Auburn.......Saban is 8-1 SU lifetime in a revenge factor vs teams that beat him the previous year ........Alabama was undefeated going into their last game last year & lost at Auburn 28-34 as a -10 pt fav.......I do think Saban get revenge for last season but I wouldn't touch the spread.

Florida St is a weird team, team has no quit in them........

Bottom.line is I do not think there will be 2 SEC teams in the playoffs........

Oregon destroyed UCLA when they met in the Rose Bowl this season. While the "Official" final score was 42-30, Oregon led 42-10 in the 4th quarter and then pulled out the starters. UCLA has a weak defense. Hundley is still rather mistake prone. If UCLA gets to the CC game, they will keep it closer, but they still lose to Oregon again.

TCU really has a problem. IF they do not defeat Texas BIG tomorrow, they finish the season hosting the worst team in the Big 12 (Iowa State), while Baylor is hosting K.State and Ohio State is playing the winner of the Minny-Wisconsin game. Advantage Ohio State for having one more win than TCU, and actually being the Big 10 Champion. TCU lost to Baylor.

If Florida State defeats Florida, they are in no matter what happens in the CC game against Ga. Tech. One loss defending NC's are very tough to disregard. 'Bama shoyld have no problems against Auburn, but UGA or Mizzou may be much tougher for them.

I don't necessarily agree with you big daddy that FSU would still be in it. They have skated by so many times that I believe that they will not have the confidence of the committee. I know they say it doesn't matter, but a loss by any of these teams now puts them out, period, even FSU. Even Bama would be out at this point, and that's saying something.
