Does this guy ever lose? Can't remember the last losing wager. He's got my vote for the best handicapper on this forum. And theres no one even close . . . not even gasp! ace-ace.

Rail lost the last time he suggested Serena and he also lost on a -300 favorite in tennis. Other than those 2 I don't remember him losing.
