I am fairly new to the sportsbook thing. I have played a few books, with one being Royal. Does anyone know how to make a withdrawal from there?

I go to the Neteller site to request it, and it says contact Royal CS. Which I did, but no help.

Also, I played at VegasVilla casino, I won a few hundred bucks, and now they want everything but my first born to pay me a lousy $600. I have faxed them my phone bill and my DL 4 times now, each time they tell me my DL is not clear enough. They want me to scan it, but I do not have access to a scanner.

Can anyone help with these two problems?

Some places (like bet365 for example) require you to start the withdraw transfer from YOUR Neteller site.

You will need Royal's merchant number which is: ROYA3937

I don't know if this is their procedure but it wouldn't hurt to try.

I went to my Neteller site and tried to peform a withdrawal, it did not work either.

Also, does someone know how I can get help with my money at Vegasvilla?

I faxed my ID 4 times, they siad they still can't read it. I don't have access to a scanner, so I don't know what to do.

Razz.. Roberto is on Holidays this week even though that moron AT 911 is reporting that he is no longer with Royal. call back later this afternoon and speak with Kevin at Royal and he will take care of you. Nothing to worry about with them, they will pay out. Just a glitch I would guess.

Royal doesn't have any money in their Neteller account, that's why your requests are being rejected.

Happens a lot on Mondays it seems (for Royal)

It says "transaction can not be completed at this time"

Why would the Neteller be empty?

Because other people withdrew before you did

Try entering $100 and you'll see it being accepted. Their current balance is somewhere between 100-200.

I feel a book should never run out of Neteller money. Most books say that this is their preferred method. Then why should it go dry?

I just withdrew $1500 using Neteller. Royal approved within a few minutes. So, looks like they have the Neteller problem taken care of.

ITS A MONDAY.....REMEMBER THAT.....THIS IS WHEN EVERYONE TRIES TO WITHDRAW IF THEY HAD A GOOD WEEKEND......A PHONE CALL IS ALL IT WOULD HAVE TOOK.......

Make the scan if you have to pay a service provider to do so. Follow their requests and keep us informed.
