Do you think Mussina is a better pitcher than Pedro?

If so you must be smoking some serious crack.

Perhaps you forgot the 4 runs Mussina gave up in just one inning the last game he pitched.

One thing I have noticed........at home the pitchers seem to get the close calls where as the road teams pitcher doesnt really get the close calls

I really look for the Sox to jump on Mussina..........he will not look as shape as he did a week ago in NY.........

Well

I got home at 3:30 and headed back over soon....I look for Boston to take that go after it today. Pedro is pitching for a contract...could be..I say could be ..I don't think so but his last start at Fenway...I think this game gets started with Mussina getting hit a bit, not much, but the bullpens are shot. Javier is gone, and Yankees have Loiza to go..that's it. Red Sox bullpen iis shot too, but Wakefield could pitch 3-4 innings if needed. I think Pedro goes a solid 6-7 innings. Both teams will be patient at the plate and get both pitchers pitch counts up...I can see the Red Sox up 4-2 in the sixth and then who knows but I think the Sox hold on today with somethings like a 6-3 win....lot of wood to lay on Pedro, but I'm a HOMIR

epper, I think you are right here. Before the series started I figured Yanks to sweep. However, with that win yesterday shows this team has heart and is ready to fight. I too believe the Sox win this game, but I won't lay the -160. Moose has been too good to lay that much. GL to you.

This one goes under 11.5.

How about Tuesday night's game? Will these 2 teams be tired because of the games being played closely apart and added innings thrown in? Total for that game is 9.5 with Schilling and Lieber starting.
