14 Year Old Boy Has Sex with 23 Year Old Teacher

I can't find a link but I heard about it this morning on the radio on a call-in morning show.

It was actually pretty funny. Most of the guys comments raged from "Cool" to "I wish I had that experience".

Most of the women were saying the poor kid was going to be psychologically damaged the rest of his life.

The DJs admitted they wouldn't have the call-in if it was a 23 year old man with a 14 year old girl.

Pretty interesting double standard. What do you all think?

Always the way ... men will never be seen as sexual assault victims unless the perp is their mother or another man. If a fourteen-year-old girl has sex with a 23-year-old man, she's either a victim or a slut. But she's never ever considered 'cool' for sure.

One girl I know just got dumped by a guy because she's had more than ten sex partners in her life. She's 35.

If this is the societal standard, then I don't know any never-been-married women who wouldn't qualify as a whore.

I agree completely. Both to the 14-year-old and to the 16-year-old Judge I say:

Double standard is absolutely right. Feminists have way too much power in the western world.

Going at it like a bunny rabbit until 4 or 5 in the morning means that when that alarm goes at 8am you're a shagged out zombie as you head to school/college.

My first time was with a teacher of mine so I suppose I have unique perspective! We did it after class had ended for summer so there wasn't this issue of feeling pressure from my teacher or anything like that. Now I was 17, not 14 so maybe some difference, but as far as I can remember I wanted to get laid just the same at 14 as 17.

This whole idea that you suddenly know what you are doing at 16 or 18 is a joke in today's society. If I remember right around 8 we all talked about sex because every guy had seen some porn (back when VCRs were first becoming widespread). Can only imagine the interest in kids now with porn so easy to come by on the net. By 12 or 13 there were students beginning to do it. By 17 or 18 I would say 80% of the people I knew had done it.

I just can't see this harming the kid as much as society thinks. If the teacher made offers to juice his grades or whatnot that is one thing, but just plain old lust which most certainly rages by the age of 14 isn't a big deal. She deserves to lose her job, maybe some probation and community service, but long sentence in jail? You got to be kidding me.
