i know you wont believe this, but a friend of mine built up a debt to a local...he owns a house and is willing to pay a decent rate, and give a deed of trust, in consideration for a loan ASAP..haha..i PROMISE it is not for me...but i am trying to help a friend... if someone here can lend 10k, and will take a lien on the property, and payments of 500 a month, let me know. thanks!!!
