12-6 YTD Sat 18th Plays

Went 2-2 last week as I felt I was on the right side on all 4 except Nebraska turned the ball over way more than I expected and Ohio somehow managed to not cover against Pitt... I still am shaking my head over that. Oh well, worse things will happen. Not this week though. I don't think I am going to have a large slate this weekend but I have a couple of very good ones. 1 that I love. I haven't been able to log in for days so I have missed out on posting some juicy lines, some of which I landed on Sunday Night. Here we go:

ARIZONA +11
NC STATE +3 -120
COLORADO -20
OREGON STATE -12.5
UNDER 18.5 TT PITTSBURGH

I absolutely love Arizona in this spot. I will also be playing a bit on the ML and the Under TT of 27 for Wisky. Unless there are numerous turnovers or something freaky, there is no way Wisky gets to 27 points and I will take my chances of covering 11 points when I only expect Wisky to put up 20 points or less.

Also no way that Pitt gets more than 18 unless there defense scores twice for them. With Dailey, unfortunately that is a possibility. They will be able to do nothing on this Nebraska Defense and I expect Nebraska to keep it on the ground a bit more as they have had sucess running the football. All in all it lends itself for a lack of points for Pitt.

Colorado has really stuggled on Offense which is not a surprise to me. However, that's why I like them to cover this large spread. They will be doing everything they can to help the offense get a "good feeling" game. I look for them to try to gain some confidence on offense against an inferior opponent.

That is it for now, I will be adding some later.

I think your Az is a live dog here, Stoops looking for something to hang a hat on, and also like Right Angle's Under to the game.

Also NCST wins outright, thus now corrected number in place..Luckeyes youth gets grabbed here.

Omaha, you always are in the black in the year's end!

Omaha,

Any feelings on Neb -4? This play looks good to me and the line seems low due to their loss last week. If they don't shoot themselves again with turnovers I don't see how they don't win by a touchdown or more.

What are your thought?

HDaddy,

I have posted a couple of responses about the my thoughts on the Huskers in some other threads. Summarization: Dailey throws so many interceptions and several more could have been in the first 2 games. The coaching staff have indicated that Dailey runs plays in practice and then in games he anticipates how the play will go in the game and he makes his decisions based on this rather than what is actually unfolding on the field.

Maybe I am bitter after losing on my bet last weekend but it is hard for me to back the Huskers when Dailey is starting his first road game of the year. Callahan says that he won't scale down the offense but I think they will try to run the ball a bit more as they had lots of success against SMiss and they have a very good running back in Ross. I do lean to the under for this reason, but turnovers can really kill an under play. Generally I don't handicap much for turnovers but you just can't ignore what Dailey has done. If NU throws more than 40 passes he will throw at least 2 INT's. If NU doesn't take to the ground this game will go over the total because NU will move the ball at ease on Pitt and they will have some turnovers which will result in scores for Pitt. That is why I simply have played the under PITT team total. Nebraska's defense is very good and Pitt will not move the ball with any consistency on them. They may hit a big play or more have a score of a turnover but I will take my chances. Hope this helps.

Thanks Hansen. I have several others I would like to pull the trigger on but I am just going to be patient and play the ones I REALLY LIKE!!!

Leans on:

VTECH but line is now not of value
LTECH
MIZZU
VIRGINIA
UNDER TT WISKY 26.5
SOUTH CAROLINA
TULSA
UCLA

I will be adding a couple of the above, just not sure of which one's. Watching line movement now and will monitor how I am doing on the early games.

That was just too good of a play to have to sweat out to the very end on a hailmary into the end zone. But we still got the win. Nice call

Go smoke another joint.

5-2 for a very solid day again. I am telling you that I am on top of my game this year. Last year I was 53-36 and I am sure I will crush that this year. I am working harder than ever before. Hope you guys liked the picks... and thanks inspades.

Omaha, Nice day. What is the "under TT" you are betting. I'm not familiar with the term. Thanks and kudos to the beginings of a great year.
