From Philadelphia TV News at 11:30 PM EST: Game time weather for the Philly/Atlanta game at 3 PM Sunday is actual temp of 19, but wind chills of 0 degrees and colder. With wind gusts up to 35 MPH. And get worse as the game progresses.

Most of the snow will be gone by then, and the field has been tarped, with underground pipes warming it, so running should not be a problem.

But passing? McNabb in an earlier press conference said that the wind will make some passes to sail, but "no problem," he said, his team will adjust.

Really? How so? Have a physicist on the sidelines to determine how a pass into certain wind conditions will affect the ball?

But running won't be a prob, as noted. Doesn't this favor Atlanta, much more a running team than Philly? Earlier this week I made a small bet on the Eagles, mostly because dome teams, in my view, don't do well in the post season cold.

But I laid 5 pts. That sounds like too much. Maybe I'll bet the other side and just lose the juice. Naw, it's a small bet, I'll just let it ride.

Overnight...Occasional snow. Blowing snow late. Additional snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Becoming windy with lows around 20. North winds 5 to 10 mph...Increasing to northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph after midnight.

Sunday...Mostly cloudy. Occasional snow in the morning. Blowing snow. Total event accumulation 9 to 15 inches. Windy with highs around 20. North winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. Wind chill values 1 below to 10 above zero.

Sunday Night...Partly cloudy. Lows around 10 above. North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph...Becoming northwest 10 to 15 mph after midnight. Wind chill values 8 below to 6 above zero.

You have to be nuts to bet on a game with this type of weather. To me this game is ruined. What a shame.

If this is anything like what rolled through Southern Wisconsin last night and early today, good night Irene.

I believe McNabb was conveying the fact that the Eagles have played in this type of blowing wind before and will adjust. The edge goes to the Eagles in bad weather. Atl is not going to be able to run on the Eagles. Forget what you saw last week. The Rams suck.

Can't we ALL just get along?!!
