when you log into your account

you will see on the right hand side " my account "

then go to " client statement "

click on client statement scroll down to the bottom and you should see that you were credited by betjam


If not email sportsavant stating that you have not been credited

If you go to the page and click MY SQUARE WAGERS, it will direct you to the completed board and remind you which square you selected in the original board which is full and the numbers have been drawn.

It appears there is also a second "Rx Forum" board which only has a dozen or so squares taken at the moment.
