His math is sound. as 12 team parley is 4095 to 1. You would need to take 409 shots at it to be 10-1 odds

On 10 teamer 1023 to 1 or 102 shots

These are true odds on coin-flip props...it is different if you start using favorites. If you were truly trying to hit a 10 teamer just to say you hit one, your best shot is to make it open parley & find big favorites you like on a daily basis.
