Check out this story! In 1991, Kenneth Glenn Hinson sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl. He was tried and convicted and was in jail until 2000, and was then released as a convicted sexual offender.

Now today, he is found NOT GUILTY of raping two other girls!!! Read about it here. He tried to argue that it was consentual....... Look at the friggin guy, he's trying to say he could pull some 17 year old ass?

I'm sure it's been said already but if this guy would have just had sex w/ her...gotten her pregnant...he would only be faced with misdemeanor and not have to register as a sex offender.

Instead it's oral sex and 10 yrs.

Now they've changed the law so that if they're minors and within 4 years of each other, oral sex is just a misdemeanor with a max 12 month prison sentence and no sex offender status.
