Go ahead with the 10%. Just make sure all his guys are small players with specific up front credit lines and shut offs. You do not want a little guy to go off and the branch collect and then tell you he stiffed. Also put him to work and make him do the pay/take. You will grind out a nice payday.
I have a few people on the 10% with no make-up...
Over the years it seems to be equal to about 35% if they are "square" players...
If they are sharp players it is closer to 50% in the long run........
The small agents like the lower % with no make up because they feel like they get money more often even though it's in smaller pieces and it comes out close to the same.
Sharps will eat your profits if you have them on no make up however.........

ive been giving 10% for years..if the guy is dependable there wont be a prob.
ie. at one of the local factories, my guy takes all action for football on friday, for sat and sun. i deal them opening lines they post their money up (these are small players 25 and 50)and he turns in the plays and money fri. nite, we settle on tues.
takes all the workload off of you..
IMO...thats the best way to work large groups of people (factories, bars, ect)
