just like tailing, fading a pick needs to have a losing streak. In this case, hes on and off (inconsistent). Therefore, i cannot depend on his inconsistant picks. ill just wait. Btw, i dont tail/ fade. i picked my game and confirmed with the losing/winning streak capper.

if my picked doesnt match with hot capper, i dont bet. Thats it. this also implies to comparing to cold capper too
