Hawaii has had the run and shoot for many years and coaches are starting to realize that this year's team needs to be defended a little different. Funaki used to run the option in high school so he has that instinct even though coach Mack still tries to sell the offense as the run and shoot.
Boise has held almost everyone to one TD or less. I really don't think that happens today. Hawaii has shown last week that they can handle the turnover battle better than the start of the season. If they keep the turnovers near even, they keep their defeat within 20 points.
