you cant reason with those 2, Fair. I think they have had to defend their team for so long from all corners that they have huge chip on their shoulder. In my eyes MSU hasnt earned their spot just yet, but if they win at Iowa, they are very deserving of their top 5 spot in the BCS, if they want ot move them ahead of Boise or TCU then all for it.

When you play a tougher schedule, it can be assumed you are a better team. Playing teams week after week you are favored by 5 TD's make you better?

LOL, and we all know what happens when you ASSUME...

So, by your logic, Kentucky, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Mississippi are also better than Boise, since they also play a tougher schedule...

And how many does Boise have? Mich St's schedule right now is still better than Boise's.

i agree....but the only point im making is boise would be 7 favored over mich st at a neutral......this is a factor

And don't get me wrong, Im not on the Boise bandwagon or anything. I don't have a favorite college team. But I am totally against the BCS system and am in favor of a playoff where the championship is decided on the field and not by computers where strength of schedule is the most important thing...

You have to win the games too.

I am too. The team that will get screwed the hardest will be the undefeated MWC champ.

WHY??? You sound like one of the computers now. If Boise is not as good as their ranking, then why do the coaches continue to rank them ahead of all these undefeated teams?

Like I said , Auburn is getting disrespected with this latest voting

They are garbage, who have they really beaten? Their best win was against Wisconsin. I am sorry but wins against Western Michigan, Florida Atlantic, & Northern Colorado are not that impressive. They were also life & death to beat Notre Dame & Northwestern and we all know how good they are. Also should we really be impressed with them beating Illinois?

Virginia Tech & Oregon State would beat everyone Michigan State has played so far.

Being a West Coast guy you do realize a win over OSU in September is not all that great, Riley for as good as a coach he is, doesn't have the team ready in September. So Boise resume stiill stinks ! Va Tech isn't anything. I don't have a problem with Boise in top 5, just not in the game unless most of the major teams have 2 losses

Still does not mean you are a better team until you play each other. I honestly think most of you Boise haters just don't want them in the BCS games in fear of them beating your mighty BCS teams and then will have to come back on here and explain why...Like the way they beat Oklahoma in 2007, and when Utah beat Alabama in 2009. Im sure those years you were saying the same thing but when they actually met on the field the non BCS teams won. This debate can go on for years until they change the system and have a playoff...

Why? are you afraid they might win?

Being favored by 35-40 points every week over stiffs don't prove anything to me. How many of those kinds of spreads do the rest of the undefeated teams see in a year in the BCS Conferences ?

IF Mizzou can win in Lincoln this week, they will move ahead of Boise. Doubt they win though.

I'm rooting like hell that the favorites take care of business vs. the remaining unbeaten teams.

Auburn (at Alabama)
Oregon (need an upset here . . . got 4 traps: @ USC, @ Cal, Arizona, @ Oregon St.)
Michigan State (at Iowa)
Missouri (at Nebraska)

Boise State and TCU will not lose, and chaos will be fun.

Plus I don't want to see a Rose Bowl which will be Ohio State / Michigan State / Wisconsin vs. TCU / Boise State.
