Winny's had one too many pints today! :drink:

Though if CS is #1 then SIA might as well close up now. I will say Oly has always been right there for me when I've needed something (even though most people complain about the language barrier).

Surprisingly sober tonight folks, only pointing out future situations. Its all laughable until a book stops paying, then the crying starts, the very posters who were screaming accolades about customer service and bonuses. As for Mods, just trying to eleviate something that may come back and haunt them.

I had a great experience with Intertops.
They offer betting accounts in Canadian currency, but when you deposit via neteller they exchange to American and back to Canadian. This resulted in me losing roughly 2% on my deposit which really sucked.

I emailed them to explain the problem, and they promptly credited my account with the loss from my past deposit. They also agreed to reinburse my account with the exchange fees on all my future deposits.

Intertops CS was very prompt in responding to my emails and also crediting my account. I was very impressed.

Many good CS books mentioned, I've had good relations with WWTS.

Hey I couldn't stay away too long without seeing what you're going to say next. I gotta say though you've been in rare form these last few days since I got back here. :103631605

Nothing like a Winny post to get the brain working (as always). :toast:

Since this thread is about CS then I`ll say that a big surprise to me has been VWager. No I`ve never sent them an email so I can only address their phone responses. I jumped on their Belmont promo in June just making a small dep. which was the max and hoped to increase it to have one more "out" for foots. So far they are great, easy to understand and no buck passing. MLB are up early, not the best but I asked them about their posting of NCAA and they said Sun. nite I hope that`s true. Well it`s not much $$, so I`d just thought to say that so far VW seems to be pretty good. Luck to all. BTW thanks to Dante I posted @ BetJam and they have the most easy to navigate site I`ve ever used, also quick.
