South Dakota St -6.5 IUPUI -115

Lots of heavy leans tonight but seem to do better narrowing it down. 3-0 the last 2 nights. Let's try to get some more. Really like this play. S Dak St has dominated this series the past 10 games (that's as far back as I cared to look). The past 4 games they have won by an average of 15.5 pts. And there is no denying that SDS is the better team this year looking at all the #s, records, and SOS.

The only thing I'm pissed about is that I was heavy on this game earlier today when it was -6 -115. But I am trying to slow myself down when it comes to pulling the trigger on a game. Hope that .5 pt doesn't bite me in the azz.

No worries. Now my silly analysis after the game can be read twice.

Here's another game I was looking at closely while "hard at work" today.

Troy +12 Geo St

In there past 10 matches, neither team has won by more than 11 pts. Their offensive #s percentage wise aren't off by much. Troy has the higher scoring offense, G St with the better defense, but they may caused by tempo of games. SOS is pretty equal. I like that Troy went to Seton Hall and kept it to within 9. I think these teams are much more evenly matched than the spread, so I'm taking the points and holding my breath.

Last play of the night. Then will focus on my 2nd half plays. I've been working on a system for 2nd half over unders, and believe I have found something good, but will not post until it proves itself longer term. It did go 4-1-1 last night which was uplifting.

Fla Atl/Marshall under 153

I liked this play when looking at it earlier today at 148. Surprise, it's up 5 points, wow. I know that Marshall's defense is giving up 83 ppg, but Fla Atl's offense is shooting an abysmal 39% from the field. Marshall not much better at 43%. Big difference in tempo of play with Marshall wanting to run and gun, and Fla Atl wanting to slow things down.

La Tech -3 ODU

Can't help myself. Been thinking about this one all day. ODU is not a good road team, 0-5 ats. LT is 3-0 home ats. I think ODU's defense is being given too much credit having the spread at only -3. Think it's more of a tempo of play and SOS thing.
