Playing a big card today (tread lightly):

Iowa (+9')
Higher line than usual b/c of Illini loss to lowly Northwestern.

DePaul (+1)

Nebraska (+14')
Letdown game for Texas after they finally beat a quality team (Wake Forest on Tues).

Indiana (-8')
IU has had almost a week to prepare and have a healthier George Leach. NW comes in riding high after a monster win over Illinois. That ride comes to an end today.

Charlotte (+4')

South Florida (+12')
USF lost by 45 at home to Louisville on Saturday. They also lost starting forward Jimmy Baxter, who quit on them this week. I think USF will rally around each other today.

LSU (-3)
Miss State still may be hung over after that emotional loss to Kentucky on the stupid alternate possession rule.

Mississippi (+5')

Connecticut (+1)
UConn has more veteran experience so I will go with them.

Washington (+2')

George Mason (+2')

Notre Dame (-1)
Unranked fav play.

Furman (+2)

The Citadel (+9)

Will maybe have some night plays posted in the late afternoon.

Ugh. You and Dick Vitale need to stop complaining about the alt possession rule! Would it be better to have a jump-ball, then you might have a PG jumping against a C?

If your team doesn't get the alt possession, it means you got the last one. And it means you'll get the next one. So what's the problem?

Anyway, I like UConn too. I think they've hit their stride, whereas UNC is gonna be streaky all year long.
